We have a secure document storage facility attached to our Yeovil premises.

Tone Images can hold hard copy records, excess promotional stock and marketing materials in a secure, dry and protected environment indefinitely. This archival storage can be either  in addition to converting your documents to digital or microfilm format or instead of. Our warehouse storage facility is alarmed and monitored 24/7 and is also protected by smoke alarms.

Some archival storage clients of Tone Images entrust us to keep their sensitive and business critical hard copy data for up to 40 YEARS! 

Additionally we can provide a fast and accurate FILE RETRIEVAL and delivery service should that be required. All boxes are indexed and logged for ease of retrieval and are charged on a monthly fee per box basis.
