OFFSITE SCANNING

Tone Images will prepare your documentation at their Yeovil facility prior to document scanning to ensure that all documents are accurately captured and any damaged documents are repaired, with staples and clips removed.

Using high quality Bell & Howell document scanning equipment we can provide:

• Digital images of documents and plans in .pdf, .tif or.jpeg format.
• Digital images from documents and plans up to AO size.
• In colour or black & white.
• Your data back to you in self supporting CD, DVD or hard drive mediums.
• Up to 30 days free storage of original documentation whilst the CD/DVD data is checked by you.

We can also embed in the CD, DVD or hard drive industry leading Alchemy search & retrieval hardware to make finding the document you are looking for quick and easy - every time!

ONSITE SCANNING

Where the nature of the documentation is so sensitive, or where there are security restrictions, preventing the removal of paperwork then Tone Images are able to undertake scanning onsite at the clients premises.

We will provide experienced image production staff with the necessary security clearance and the equipment required to produce superb quality secure imaging without any sensitive documents leaving your site.

SCANNER SALES

Tone Images can assess your requirements, recommend and install most high quality makes of document scanners.
Once installed, individual training and ongoing support can be provided by experienced Tone Images operators.
