This South Coast Borough Council uses Tone Images for a variety of the services it can provide. Some examples are:

• Microfilming of AO size (architect plan size) building control and planning applications to 35 mm microfilm
• Microfilming of Land Charges Registers to 16mm microfilm
• High  volume A4 digital scanning of personnel and housing records and indexation to provide quick search and retrieval functionality using Alchemy software.
• Indexation of existing .tif and text digital file formats to enable search and retrieval functionality
• Conversion of paper payroll records to microfiche
• Secure storage of filmed/scanned documents up to 3 months prior to secure destruction
• Printing A4 hard copies from microfiche records for the Social Services Directorate.
