An NHS  Foundation Trust had a requirement for the regular conversion of employees records to 16mm microfiche to enable easy access for their administration staff.

The service provided by Tone Images includes ongoing and weekly collection of the records by secure transportation, the filming of the records to labelled microfiche jackets and then the return of the records and the corresponding microfiche within seven days.

The sensitive nature of these records meant that this NHS Trust had to carefully screen potential suppliers for suitability before they settled on Tone Images as their preferred supplier.
