The secure destruction of paper documents and other data carrying electronic mediums is a speciality of Tone Images. We can arrange to collect and destroy ANY media and provide a Certificate of Destruction to complete your audit trail.

This secure destruction service can also be added to our scanning and microfilming services. Charges are based on weight or volume and we can arrange destruction of the following media:

• Any paper documents (even if they are in archive boxes or files)

• CD's or DVD's  containing sensitive data

• Magnetic computer tape e.g. computer back up tapes.
