Tone Images Ltd is a Document Management and Archiving Bureau based in Yeovil providing a complete digital scanning and microfilming service utilising experienced staff and advanced technology.

The Company was established in 1986 and has always been at the forefront of the microfilm and document management industry. Mike Keirle (the MD and founder of the business) has considerable experience in all aspects of photography which enables him to provide practical and prompt microfilm and scanning solutions into a variety of large and small businesses in the South West . Tone Images are not restricted by the area we cover as existing contracts stretch from Washington in the North East to Manchester in the North West and Colchester in the East.

We have a reputation for quality, personal service and value for money. We understand that document management solutions often appear costly initially but we can help spread the cost over several months by processing batches of work over time.
